RIM Cites Difficulty in Excluding Some from Shutdown

The U.S. Justice Department wants to be assured that government workers are exempt from a BlackBerry shutdown, but RIM says excluding select groups is almost impossible.

  1. Blackberry aint going away. Too much of the US government and top-100 firms use it. Blackberry won the UK case last week.

    I would agree with you. I just want to illustrate the impact, let alone the sheer cost this whole exercise has already for loads of companies and it isn’t even d-day yet …
