Peter is founder and Managing Director of Nabigeta which support organizations through CTO services in realizing a cost-effective alternative to recruiting a permanent Chief Technology Officer. Organizations can choose what skills and domain expertise they need, the responsibilities to be covered, a level of involvement and contract length. Previous roles : Partner Success Director at Backbase and co-founder and CTO at enableLab which delivers a platform-as-a- service to facilitate digital business transformation.
Before Nabigeta, Peter worked as Partner at KPMG Advisory in the Netherlands leading engagements focused on Digital Transformation, IT infrastructure and architecture, datacenter and cloud transformations. In roles at previous companies Peter built organizations and teams focusing on Business & IT alignment, IT strategy and -operations in consulting-, sales-, and implementation related roles.
Both as an entrepreneur and a business executive, Peter has worked extensively, in large national and global organizations, on implementations and solutions around Digital Transformation, Business and IT strategy, Business Applications (ERP, CRM, BI), Business and IT operating models using both standard as well as Agile project management methodologies.
In the IT solution design and implementation area Peter has always been fortunate to work with the latest technology developments in each decade starting from Mainframe computing, via client/server technology to cloud implementations. In each of the eras Peter has built teams, organizations, solutions and services and IP and methodologies to help clients transform and improve their business.
