Microsoft is working to meet Europe’s needs for development through continued technological innovation and new ideas, contributing towards the requirements of the Europe 2020 competitiveness agenda. Technological innovation – in particular cloud computing – will help businesses become more competitive, and public sector become more efficient and more responsive to citizens’ needs. Furthermore, action at a local level will then directly contribute towards requirements set out in the European arena.
