We have been running the Dutch Beta on the home PC’s / Mediacenter for the last couple of months. Besides some dips in performance a few times (not structurally) it works quite smooth.
I have been running alternate antivirus (AntiVir) to double check virusscanning and this did not seem necessary looking back.
The user experience (dialogues in clear “end-user” language) is quite good. This will save me time keeping the PC’s of Family and Friends up to date. They all know it by now. No antivirus (not necessarily Microsoft’s by the way), no support.
