  1. Thanks for pointing this out, Peter. WF is impressive technology, but it’s too rigid for me to fully embrace. I see a lot of promise with what’s being done with Sharepoint Services 2007, and I hope Microsoft makes it more flexible and easier to work with from VS.Net instead of forcing everything to the browser.

    As you may knw, I am not the VS.net guru type 😉
    When you refer to WF in SharePoint, this is all out of the box, providing standard and ad-hoc WF type sceario’s.
    More complex WF with for example links to the Application Integration platform or nterprise Services Bus or Web Serices there days may require additional programming and ofcourse this is taken into account in VS.net How I couldn’t tell you I’m sorry but Microsoft does think beyond out of the box.
    If you’ve got 22 min to spare have a look at MSDNTV and have some people of the productteam explain more about Windows Workflow Foundadtion (it’s the platform not the app 😉 )
