While Symbian bonanza with many new Symbian announcements will take place October 11-12, 2005, in London (UK) at “The Smartphone Show” organized by Symbian itself, most of this year’s new Windows Mobile announcements/releases will take place in the week that starts tomorrow!

- web cast of Palm, Microsoft and Verizon Wireless about Windows Mobile powered Treo
- GITEX trade show in Dubai, UAE where i-mate is located, so several announcement from i-mate are expected
- CTIA 2005 – Wireless conference in San Francisco, USA, where, among others, Windows Mobile powered Treo, Motorola Q, i-mate K-JAM and other new Windows Mobile phones will be demonstrated (for visitors to touch) and release dates will be announced. Several selected American community and news websites will obtain also first models of these new devices – for testing purposes.
- i-mate K-JAM Pocket PC phone will be “in stock” at various online retailers worldwide (by now it was “pre-order” only)
- T-Mobile will release more information about T-Mobile MDA Vario (a HTC Wizard branded by T-Mobile, device that T-Mobile previously called “successor to T-Mobile MDA III”)
