Gartner Group has published the 2007 Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications. Boy is this good news for Microsoft 🙂
The report is not yet ‘out in the open’ so you need a Gartner subscription. I assume Microsoft will work with Gartner to get reprint rights to the report, so if and when it pops up, you will read it here.
Unified communications offer the ability to improve how individuals, groups and companies interact and perform tasks. Companies should review how the new generation of communication systems can improve their business operations and processes.
