is continuing to tweak its licensing terms for business users covered by its Enterprise, Select and Open volume-license agreements. On Wednesday, the Redmondians announced plans to consolidate from 70 to 9 the number of software licensing models that it uses to cover the 70 Microsoft products currently offered under volume-licensing arrangements.

Licensing is defenitly a point where also Microsoft can improve, I am sure the intended changes will be a big improvement. After all it should be easy to do business :-).
