IBM Shows Off Next-Generation Collaboration Software

I read the article and seriously wonder what’s new. OK, it’s not called Lotus Notes anymore, it’s a lot of other products tightly intergrated ofcourse.
I haven’t seen this new Activity Eplorer, but I bet it looks a lot like the SharePoint user interface.
The example mentioned in the article about project collaboration seems pretty straight forward. Companies interested in this type of solutions can also look into Microsoft’s Enterprise Project Management solution.

TechWeb – Some of the new technology, which emphasizes activity-management capabilities, will be built into IBM’s Workplace messaging and collaboration software and Eclipse development tools.
